If you are receiving errors codes or messages within Canvas, please try:

  1. Clearing your browsers cache and cookies
  2. Restart the browser
  3. Try using another browser. It is suggested that Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is used.
  4. Sign in and out of Canvas.
  5. Try incognito or private window
  6. Try to connect to a wired internet network
  7. Try another computer
