If you are receiving errors codes or messages within Canvas, please try:
- Clearing your browsers cache and cookies
- Restart the browser
- Try using another browser. It is suggested that Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is used.
- Sign in and out of Canvas.
- Try incognito or private window
- Try to connect to a wired internet network
- Try another computer
